1. Purpose
These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the DeckUnivers website, a platform specializing in the sale of digital gaming products. Accessing the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Access to the service
The site is accessible 24/7, except during maintenance, updates or force majeure events. DeckUnivers reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access for any user suspected of fraud, abuse or non-compliance with these Terms of Use.
3. Identity verification (KYC)
DeckUnivers reserves the right to request identity documents (valid ID, proof of address, phone bill). These verifications may be required before order validation. Refusal may result in order suspension.
4. Products and services
DeckUnivers exclusively offers digital products: gift cards, game codes, credits and digital top-ups. Products are delivered in digital form only.
5. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of the price, payment validation and delivery of the digital product. DeckUnivers reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment validation, or within the timeframe indicated on the order page. No physical delivery is made.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros and/or DeckUnivers internal credits. Credits have no monetary value outside the platform and are neither refundable nor exchangeable. DeckUnivers does not store any banking data.
8. Liability
DeckUnivers cannot be held liable for misuse of products, user input errors or temporary service unavailability.
9. Prohibited conduct
It is strictly forbidden to use the site for fraudulent purposes, to illegally resell products, to circumvent payment systems, to impersonate someone else or to compromise the integrity of the service.
10. Intellectual property
The DeckUnivers brand is protected. Any reproduction or exploitation without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Personal data
Collected data is used solely for order processing, customer support and fraud prevention. No personal data is sold to third parties.
12. Modification of Terms
DeckUnivers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
13. Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Payment Methods & Credits System
DeckUnivers offers two distinct payment methods:
- Internal credits (Allopass — Audiotel & SMS+): Credits are a unit of account used exclusively on the DeckUnivers platform. They are purchased via Audiotel (premium-rate call) or SMS+ through our partner Allopass. Credits can then be used to purchase digital products on the site. Credits have no monetary value outside the platform and are non-refundable.
- Direct payment by card or other payment method (PayPal): These payments allow the direct purchase of a specific digital product without going through the credit system. The amount charged corresponds exactly to the price displayed on the product page. No credits are created or used during these transactions.
These two systems are completely independent. A card payment never generates credits, and credits cannot be obtained by card payment.
