We offer digital products in two formats: Digital credits (usable on certain offers on the site) and Direct digital items (cards, codes, digital access). Products are delivered online after payment.
Items can be purchased directly via PayPal or credit card. The product is delivered immediately after payment validation, without a credit system.
Credits are available only via Allopass, Audiotel or SMS+. Credits are added to the customer account after operator payment validation.
Items (PayPal / card): immediate delivery after payment. Credits (Allopass / SMS+): added after operator validation (a few minutes to a few hours depending on cases).
Before filing a complaint: 1. Check your email and customer area. 2. Wait a few minutes (automatic processing possible). 3. Check whether you purchased an item or credits. 4. Contact support with your order number.
Since products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final after delivery. No refund will be granted for: order error, misunderstanding of the system, change of mind after purchase, use or receipt of the product.
