Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service
The products sold on this site are dematerialized digital goods for immediate use (codes, prepaid cards, digital content). Each order is processed automatically after payment and delivered instantly or within the maximum time indicated on the product page.
2. Explicit customer acceptance
By confirming the order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:
- the delivery of digital content begins immediately after payment
- they accept the immediate execution of the contract
- they waive their right of withdrawal upon delivery of the digital product
3. Strict no-refund policy
Due to the irreversible nature of delivered digital products, all sales are considered final, except for strictly limited exceptions below.
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
- incorrect email address or user information entry
- change of mind after purchase
- misuse of the product or code
- incompatibility related to a third-party user account (external platform)
- ignorance of the terms of sale displayed before purchase
4. Cases eligible for assistance
Support may be considered only if:
- the code is objectively invalid (not activatable after internal verification)
- the order was not delivered within the announced timeframe
- a double charge confirmed by our system
In these cases, a priority resolution will be offered: product replacement, technical correction, or exceptional refund if no alternative solution is possible.
5. Mandatory procedure before any dispute
Before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback, the customer agrees to:
- contact support via the official email
- provide the order number and a detailed description of the issue
- wait for the customer service response
Any chargeback initiated without prior contact will be considered non-cooperative.
6. Support response times
Support responds within a maximum of 48 business hours.
7. Abuse and fraud prevention
We apply automatic security checks. We reserve the right to refuse any abusive or repeated request, block users exhibiting fraudulent behavior, and transmit transaction data to payment providers in case of abusive disputes.
8. Proof of delivery
Any order is considered delivered upon: display of the code on screen, sending to the email address provided by the customer, or availability in the customer area. These elements constitute irrefutable proof of delivery.
